About us

The Poznań University of Economics and Business Press has existed since 1956.

We publish scientific and teaching books concerning broadly-defined economic issues. The offer of the PUEB Press features publications in two disciplines: economics and finance, as well as management and quality sciences.

The Press has also been featured in the list of presses publishing peer-reviewed scientific monographs announced by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education on 29 September 2020. We have been classified at level I – with 80 (100) points.

The PUEB Press participates in the publishing process of the two University's journals: the quarterly Economics and Business Review and the semi-annual Revue Internationale des Économistes de Langue Française, published in collaboration with the Association Internationale des Économistes de Langue Française (Paris) and the Universidad Bernardo O'Higgins in Santiago (Chile).

We aim to meet the highest scientific and editorial standards, which has been confirmed by the awards won in national competitions, such as the competition of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education for the best academic textbook and script, the competition of the Association of Publishers of Higher Education, the competition of the Polish Economic Society for the best academic textbook.

We are a member of the Association of Publishers of Higher Education, which has been supporting the development of Polish science and higher education since 1994.

We have presented books at many fairs and exhibitions in Poland and abroad (London, Paris, Vatican, Vienna, Madrid, Munich, Moscow, Kharkov).
